Relaciones entre el Encargado y Responsable del tratamiento<\/h2><div class='av_custom_color av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>El Responsable del Tratamiento elegir\u00e1 \u00fanicamente un Encargado del Tratamiento que ofrezca garant\u00edas suficientes para aplicar medidas t\u00e9cnicas y organizativas apropiadas para el tratamiento de los datos de car\u00e1cter personal que le conf\u00eda, art\u00edculo 28 del Reglamento.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div class=\"special-heading-inner-border\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-0366cc7376be6c9e82a3e9cc8987b64f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h5><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si eres un prestador de servicios a empresas y profesionales el Nuevo Reglamento Europeo de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos personales U.E. 2016\/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) te impone una serie de obligaciones como Encargado del Tratamiento, debiendo demostrar de forma fehaciente al Responsable del tratamiento que para el tratamiento de los datos que este te conf\u00eda para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio solicitado, cuentas y aplicas las medidas t\u00e9cnicas y organizativas apropiadas af\u00edn de garantizar y poder demostrar que el tratamiento de datos es conforme a lo indicado el Nuevo Reglamento de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos personales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5075\" src=\"https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-300x212.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-768x542.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-1030x727.jpg 1030w, https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-260x185.jpg 260w, https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-705x498.jpg 705w, https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280-450x318.jpg 450w, https:\/\/aegestion.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/europe-413102_1280.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>En su art\u00edculo 28 indica que el Responsable del Tratamiento elegir\u00e1 \u00fanicamente un Encargado del Tratamiento que ofrezca garant\u00edas suficientes para aplicar las medidas t\u00e9cnicas y organizativas apropiadas que garanticen en todo momento los derechos de los interesados cuyos datos de car\u00e1cter personal van a ser procesados con motivo del servicio solicitado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encargado del tratamiento y todo su personal se obliga a utilizar los datos personales objeto de tratamiento, o los que recoja para su inclusi\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo para la finalidad objeto del encargo recibido. En ning\u00fan caso podr\u00e1 utilizar los datos para fines propios. Tratara los datos de acuerdo con las instrucciones del responsable del tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encargado del tratamiento pondr\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del responsable del tratamiento la informaci\u00f3n necesaria que acredite la capacidad de garantizar la confidencialidad, integridad, disponibilidad y resiliencia permanentes de los sistemas y servicios de tratamiento, para demostrar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos, as\u00ed como para la realizaci\u00f3n de las auditorias o las inspecciones que realicen el responsable u otro auditor autorizado por \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez cumplida la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio contratado, el encargado del tratamiento devolver\u00e1 al responsable del tratamiento los datos de car\u00e1cter personal.
