Es b\u00e1sicamente, un ejercicio de an\u00e1lisis de los riesgos que un determinado sistema de informaci\u00f3n, producto o servicio, puede entra\u00f1ar para el derecho fundamental a la protecci\u00f3n de datos de los afectados que se tratan y de la gesti\u00f3n de dichos riesgos mediante la adopci\u00f3n de las medidas necesarias de orden t\u00e9cnico, organizativas y de seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n para eliminar o mitigar en lo posible aquellos que se hayan identificado en el proceso de an\u00e1lisis y verificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es un proceso que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la mera comprobaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento normativo pues implica entre otros, factores tales, como la identificaci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n, el determinar los datos personales que se tratan, sus categor\u00edas y caracter\u00edsticas, la identificaci\u00f3n de qui\u00e9n y c\u00f3mo tendr\u00e1 acceso al tratamiento de la informaci\u00f3n y que deber\u00e1 siempre llevarse a cabo como parte inicial del tr\u00e1nsito al nuevo Reglamento de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos personales de la U.E. 2016\/679 que entrar\u00e1 en vigor en Mayo de 2018, fecha a partir de la cual deber\u00e1n estar adaptadas todas las empresas, profesionales y dem\u00e1s sujetos obligados en el cumplimiento de la citada Normativa Europea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son muchas las novedades del nuevo reglamento U.E. que deberemos conocer, aplicar y tener en cuenta, entre otras, las relaciones con los encargados del tratamiento de car\u00e1cter vinculante, un registro de las actividades del tratamiento efectuadas, la regulaci\u00f3n de la transferencia de datos a pa\u00edses que no forman parte del Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo, los datos de navegaci\u00f3n en internet de los afectados, redes sociales, blogs o cualquier otra actividad en l\u00ednea que permita evaluar aspectos personales de los mismos, as\u00ed como predecir su comportamiento para servirles publicidad personalizada, lo relacionado con la ciberseguridad, notificaci\u00f3nes de las violaciones de seguridad, la actualizaci\u00f3n de todos los contratos, compromisos de confidencialidad, consentimientos, nombramiento del Delegado de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Reglamento Europeo establece nuevos derechos de los afectados que las organizaciones deber\u00e1n tener muy en cuenta en previsi\u00f3n de sanciones. Derecho de Acceso, Rectificaci\u00f3n, Supresi\u00f3n (derecho al olvido), Derecho a la limitaci\u00f3n del tratamiento, Derecho de portabilidad de los datos, Derecho de Oposici\u00f3n. Todo ello como parte de la protecci\u00f3n otorgada por el nuevo Reglamento de la U.E. aplicable a las personas f\u00edsicas, independientemente de su nacionalidad o del lugar de residencia, en relaci\u00f3n con el tratamiento de sus datos personales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con todo lo expuesto anteriormente, se hace necesaria la realizaci\u00f3n del Proyecto (EIPD) de Verificaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos en las Organizaciones empresariales y despachos profesionales como transito correcto sin retrasos y sobresaltos de \u00faltima hora a la
